BROWN BOSSES LLC – WAIVER, ERRORS & OMISSIONS DISCLAIMER, AND REFUND POLICY

This document (“Agreement”) outlines the service terms and protections for Brown Bosses LLC, including its affiliated programs and platforms: Business Evangelists, CreditBuild, and the Brown Bosses AI Support Team, including but not limited to Jamie and any related automated or digital services, tools, or systems.

1. Waiver of Liability

By engaging with Brown Bosses, the Client agrees:

• All services are provided for educational, informational, and strategic development purposes only.

• Brown Bosses makes no guarantees of revenue, profit, income, funding, or business success as a result of services rendered.

• Client acknowledges that outcomes depend on many external variables beyond Brown Bosses’ control.

• Client releases Brown Bosses and all affiliates from liability related to the use or performance of any services, including consulting, coaching, AI-generated documents, or templates.

2. Errors & Omissions Disclaimer

Brown Bosses and its affiliated partners, including Business Evangelists, CreditBuild, and the Brown Bosses AI Support Team (Jamie), strive for excellence but make no claims of perfection.

• All resources, files, communications, and recommendations are provided in good faith and may contain unintentional errors or omissions.

• Clients are expected to review all materials carefully before filing, publishing, or using them in business or legal processes.

• Brown Bosses is not responsible for the Client’s failure to independently verify, edit, or clarify the content of deliverables.

3. AI Disclaimer (Jamie + Brown Bosses AI Support Team)

Brown Bosses utilizes AI-powered support to assist with service delivery, communications, document generation, and project planning.

• The Brown Bosses AI Support Team, including “Jamie,” provides automated and human-assisted support but is not a licensed legal, tax, or financial advisor.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated work before use or distribution.

• AI support enhances efficiency but is not a substitute for professional judgment or compliance consultation.

4. Third-Party Tools & Technology

Brown Bosses may use or recommend platforms such as Wix, Stripe, PayPal, Givebutter, Canva, Anki, Notion, Google Suite, and others:

• Brown Bosses has no control over the policies, fees, outages, or restrictions of third-party providers.

• Clients must read and agree to all third-party terms independently.

• Brown Bosses is not liable for loss, dispute, or data errors caused by third-party platforms.

5. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Guarantees

Unless explicitly contracted with a licensed attorney, CPA, or financial advisor:

• Brown Bosses does not provide licensed legal, tax, or investment advice.

• Any projections, budgets, or recommendations are provided as educational guidance and must be confirmed by licensed professionals.

• Clients should not rely solely on Brown Bosses or its affiliates for legal or compliance decisions.

6. Refund Policy – No Refunds on Time or Services Rendered

To protect the integrity of our operations and discourage misuse of time and services:

• All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for services already performed, time invested, or partial work delivered.

• This includes consultations, strategy calls, documents created, templates, design work, writing, AI support, and planning sessions.

• In rare cases, Brown Bosses may issue a credit toward future services if a project is canceled before any work has begun—this is at the sole discretion of Brown Bosses LLC.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide timely, accurate, and complete information;

• Respond promptly to requests and communications;

• Review deliverables before publishing, submitting, or executing;

• Acknowledge that delays or errors resulting from client omission are the client’s responsibility.

8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Brown Bosses LLC, its affiliates (including Business Evangelists, CreditBuild), and its AI Support Team (Jamie), from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Client’s use or misuse of services;

• Errors caused by third-party tools or misinformation;

• Client’s actions or inactions;

• Breach of this agreement.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be handled in a local court of competent jurisdiction.

Acknowledgment

By using any services, products, or support from Brown Bosses LLC, including free or paid services, you acknowledge and agree to the full terms of this Waiver, Disclaimer, and Refund Policy.
